Simona Zecca
born in Milan, she has always been passionate about drawing and art since childhood. In her DNA there is a passion for art that manifests itself both during her studies and in the period in which she works in marketing. Self-taught artist, she always loves to study new techniques and many over the years she has experimented with them, from graphite to watercolor, from acrylic to airbrush. In 2015 he decided to leave his office work, following the ever-present call of art to which he began to devote himself full-time from 2016. He became passionate about airbrush, giving vent to his creativity through the use of colors and designs on helmets and motorcycle parts. In the same period she paints on canvas starting the stylistic research that most satisfies her. In 2019 he began to exhibit his works, immediately receiving a great response from the public and critics, obtaining several awards.
She loves realism and hyperrealism as long as they don't encroach on the mere perfect reproduction of reality but rather a tool to deepen the soul of the subject. They are modern portraits, made mostly in sketchy style but with realistic eye detail. Since childhood Simona has always been fascinated by the eyes, the intensity and expressiveness of her gaze. Her portraits are female on a monochrome background.

Many are the exhibitions in which Simona Zecca took part, we remember in 2019 the International Biennial of Mantua Art Expo; at the "Womenhouse" an exhibition in Florence at OnArt Gallery dedicated to the female theme. In October of the same year she won the Special Representation Award at the Slovenian Embassy in Porto Sant'Elpidio on the occasion of an International Art Exhibition. In November 2019 he won the First Prize ex equo ISA Award in the category of figurative painting at the ISA Award Exhibition in Cremona. 2020 opens with a new milestone when in March he wins the First place Art House Gallery Online Contest 3rd Edition with "Audrey". These awards are followed by many exhibitions and shows in different parts of Italy such as Milan, Cremona, Mantua.
