Steflea Iuliana is a drawing artist born in 1996 in Constanța, Romania, where she currently lives and works. Since childhood, she has felt a deep and instinctive connection to art—an innate attraction to drawing that quickly caught the attention of her teachers. However, it was her father, a pivotal figure in her artistic development, who nurtured her passion, sharing foundational techniques and instilling in her the confidence to believe in her talent.

Over the years, Iuliana cultivated her creative sensitivity in a deeply personal and introspective way. But it was during the COVID-19 pandemic that her passion resurfaced with renewed intensity. In that suspended moment of silence and reflection, she rediscovered drawing as both a form of expression and a safe inner refuge, choosing to fully embrace her path as an artist.

For Iuliana, drawing is not merely a technical act—it is almost a meditative experience, a moment when time stands still and emotions are translated into delicate strokes. Each blank page becomes a microcosm, an intimate story shaped by subtle shades, thoughts, and silences. She likes to think of herself as a spark in the vast ocean of art, moved by a deep sense of gratitude for the gift of expressing her emotions through pencil.

In recent years, Iuliana has been emerging as a meaningful voice in the contemporary art scene, participating in successful exhibitions in Italy, including in Melpignano (LE), Matera, and Turin, in collaboration with Patty’s Art Gallery. With every show, she continues to share her poetic vision of the world, welcoming audiences into the emotional universe she creates.
