I paused
to look at the plates before throwing them away.
Why throw away
something that has represented our body for years
our body for years,
why throw away
something that has represented
matter, form, space,
in fact, the main terms of the images?
Constant in the search for new languages,
I decide to give it new use,
representing a spiritual purity,
what for decades
represented a formal purity.
I have never set out
to record my dreams,
but only to translate them.
